  2. EASEMENT AGREEMENT

  4. Darline Masters, referred to as OWNER, and Hildegards Frontmaster,
  5. referred to as GRANTEE,  agree:

  7. OWNER is the owner in fee simple of the following described real 
  8. estate: 
  9.  
  10. lot 26, Shady Acres 
  11.  
  12. GRANTEE is the owner in fee simple of the following described 
  13. real estate: 
  14. lot 27, Shady Acres 
  15.  
  16. In consideration of $ 500.00 ( five hundred & no/100 dollars) paid
  17. by GRANTEE, the  OWNER grants to GRANTEE the following ease: 
  18.  
  19. the right of receiving sunlight across the GRANTEE's real 
  20. property across the OWNER's property as follows: 
  21.  
  22. airspace 30 feet above the entire property of grantor (see
  23. attached diagram) 
  24.  
  25. Further, the OWNER agrees to the following restrictions on the 
  26. future use and enjoyment of OWNER's real property: 
  27.  
  28. no structures, vegetation or other objects will be allowed to 
  29. encroach within the easement stated above.

  31. The grant of easement herein shall bind the heirs and assigns of 
  32. the OWNER and GRANTEE. The rights herein shall be specifically 
  33. enforceable.
